Returns and Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery of the puppet. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. These puppets are being sold as learning tools and not toys for small children. None of our merchandise is recommended for humans under the age of 6. (Besides, they really would prefer that teddy bear.)
