For over 20 Years,
David Fino and The Brooklyn Puppet Conspiracy have been creating puppet characters, providing well trained and experienced Puppet Performers, teaching workshops to both kids and adults, and many other such adventures, in and around New York City.
After 18 months on the road David settled in Brooklyn, NY and started The BPC. Since then he has performed on Comedy Central, MTV, CBS, National Public Television, and HBO’s LWT with John Oliver, among others. He has had the pleasure of working with some of the best puppet talent in NYC, built many fun and weird things, and continues to explore his passions of Puppets, Sci-fi, Music, and other such interesting Earth pop-culture to incorporate into his master plan OF TAKING OVER THE W…. Ahem….Peacefully going about the business of making and wiggling dolls for Hu-mans…I mean Earthlings...
I mean People!.. Yes, People.
David has beeen immersed in puppetry since 1993 when he began training with master puppeteer Paul Vincent Davis of the Puppet Showplace Theater in Brookline, MA. He then spent two years as apprentice to Nikki Tilroe of The Palm of the Hand Stories Company and attending performance workshops with The Jim Henson Company. Shortly after, he was cast in the title role in Bear in the Big Blue House, Live!, a national tour based on the hit PlayHouse Disney show.
