Returns and Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery of the puppet. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if we believe the puppet has been used in a professional capacity.
